DURING PERIODS OF INCLEMENT WEATHER THE CONVENIENCE STATION WILL NOT BE OPEN. CONTACT CITY HALL BEFOREHAND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO VERIFY IF THE STATION IS OPEN OR CLOSED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.

- Your current water bill showing the convenience station fee (applies to city utility customers who pay both a water and garbage fee); and
- A photo ID bearing the same address as the water bill
Convenience Station Rates
Sec. 10-38. - Rates.
(a) All City of Cisco residential water/sanitation customers shall pay a convenience station surcharge on their water bill in the amount of $5.00 per month for the unlimited use of the convenience station to dispose of landscape or yard refuse, residential refuse, and construction waste that originates from the property listed on the customer's utility bill. The customer may use the convenience station during the hours the convenience station is open by presenting to the gatekeeper the customer's utility bill and photo identification with matching names and/or addresses.
(b) All parties that have entered into a lease with the city for lake lot property ("Cisco Lake Lot lessees") may use the convenience station with the purchase of a 30-day convenience station permit at City Hall in the amount of $50.00 to dispose of landscape or yard refuse, residential refuse, and construction waste that originates from the property listed customer's lease with the city. The customer may use the convenience station during the hours the convenience station is open by displaying a current convenience station permit on their vehicle and/or presenting a paid receipt for the permit to the gatekeeper.
(c) The City of Cisco can use the convenience station for any purpose.
(d) Eastland County Wildfire Mitigation may use the convenience station for the disposal of landscape or yard refuse for the duration of the wildfire mitigation grant.
(e) All commercial users and any other residential users can dispose of landscape or yard refuse upon payment of the appropriate per load fees:
(1)For one load in a car or regular truck—$25.00.
(2)For one load in a truck with a trailer—$50.00.
(3)For one load in an oversized vehicle or dump truck—$150.00.
(f) All commercial users and any other residential users can dispose of residential refuse, and construction waste upon payment of the appropriate per load:
(1)For one load in a car or regular truck—$50.00.
(2)For one load in a truck with a trailer—$100.00.
(3)For one load in an oversized vehicle or dump truck—$300.00.
